Meeting Description:

It is with great pleasure for us to invite you to attend International
Symposium for Brain and Education (ISBE) 2017 and the Grand Opening Ceremony
of the Centre for Brain and Education (CBE) on 26 May 2017 at the Education
University of Hong Kong (EdUHK).

CBE is a newly established research unit in the EdUHK supported by the Area of
Strength scheme from the Faculty of Education and Human Development (FEHD).
Bringing together colleagues with different expertise in neuroscience
(including memory, speech processing, reading, creativity, decision making and
emotion), we aim to promote neuroscience research, to translate neuroscience
research findings into educational theories and practices, and to cultivate
interdisciplinary neuroscience research projects.

We look forward to meeting you in the ISBE 2017 and Grand Opening of CBE!


Call for Papers:

We welcome topics in language research that are related to
teaching/instruction or learning, such as literacy, second language
acquisition, SLI and dyslexia, as well as language neuroscience.

You are also invited to share your latest research findings during a poster
presentation session.
