Description:

The Institute of Dutch Philology of the University of Münster (NRW, Germany)
is seeking a full-time Lecturer in Dutch ('Lehrkraft für besondere Aufgaben';
tariff: 13 TV-L) to be appointed on a permanent basis, starting from 1 October
2017. The teaching load is 12-16 hrs./week.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the institute's Dutch
language courses and teach in the domains of Dutch language skills and Dutch
culture. 

Applicants are required to have a relevant academic degree (Master in Dutch
language or equivalent), have an excellent command of Dutch, and excellent
academic teaching skills (as documented through a background in foreign
language didactics, additional teaching credentials, and/or experiences in
teaching Dutch as a second/foreign language). A good proficiency in German is
considered an asset.
