Description:

Undergraduate Interdisciplinary Studies (UGIS) at the University of
California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary
instructors to teach UGIS 120 Introduction to Applied Language Studies should
an opening arise. Position will be part-time, renewable, non-tenure track.
Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. UGIS 120 is
taught once a year in the fall semester, and the need for an instructor varies
from year to year. The appointment is 33% time.

The posting will remain open until May 2018 to accommodate instructional
needs. Appointments for fall semester are usually reviewed in May. The pool
will close on May 30, 2018; if you would like to continue to be considered
after that time you will need to submit a new application.
