Abstract:

Golfo da Guiné a partir da análise das quatro línguas-filhas autóctones
(santome, angolar, lung’Ie e fa d’ambô). Adicionalmente, a pesquisa buscou
fornecer elementos para a compreensão dos processos fonológicos, observados
nas línguas-filhas, assim como identificar os fatores de mudança, atuantes nos
processos evolutivos dessas línguas a partir de um ancestral comum. Ademais, o
corpus levantado com mais de dois mil itens lexicais das línguas-filhas e as
mais de 500 protoformas são um contributo ao estudo das línguas crioulas de
base portuguesa de forma geral. Dessa maneira, a reconstrução do PGG
demonstrou que a configuração atual das línguasfilhas provém da interação
entre o quadro linguístico inicial do protocrioulo em conjunto com uma série
de fenômenos fonológicos que atuaram no cenário de especiação. 

Manuele Bandeira é doutora em Letras pela Universidade de São Paulo e é
especialista em fonologia da línguas crioulas de base portuguesa do Golfo da
Guiné e na fonologia e morfologia do papiamentu, crioulo de base ibérica. Para
fins de análise, realizou viagens de campo cujos destinos foram as ilhas de
São Tomé e Príncipe.
