Meeting Description: 

We will be holding a special panel during PLC42 on Friday, March 23 entitled
Signals and Symbols: Linking continuous and discrete representations. The
confirmed speakers are Mark Liberman (moderator), and Daniel Swingley
(University of Pennsylvania), and Kathryn Davidson (Harvard University). Two
remaining panel speakers in the fields of phonetics and
computational/cognitive linguistics are TBD.
