Subject: Tone in Thai Speakers Learning English

Hi,

Does anyone know of any work on -- or any patterns found -- in Thai speakers
who are learning English? I am interested in how Thai nonfluent speakers of
English apply tones to English vowels in English words. Are there any general
patterns? Any default tones? etc.

I would like to find any work that exists on that subject.

Thank you,
Carol Tenny
