I'm Japanese student. i study usage of Relative Pronoun and resarch for native
speaker and people who use English in daily life. If you have a time, please
answer my questions.

question:Do you want to use who or that if you?

1. I have a sister (   )  is a college student.

A. both (who and that) 
B. who
C. that 

2. I have a sister, (   ) is a college student?

A. both 
B. who
C. that 

If you can, please reflect upon why you choose those.
