Subject: About loanwords in English

I'm studying English words of Japanese origin and interested in differences in
use of two synonymous words in English, for example, ''animation'' and
''anime''.

Please answer these questions

- What Japanese words do you often use?
- In what kind of situation do you use those words?
- Why do you use Japanese words, though there are English words that have same
   meaning.
e.g. ''foreigner'' ''gaijin'', ''improvement'' ''kaizen'', ''animation''
''anime''
