Linguistic Field(s): Language Acquisition

Call Deadline: 16-Oct-2017

Studies in Second Language Acquisition (SSLA) is now entertaining proposals
for the thematic issue of Volume 41, to be published in June 2019. Thematic
issues of SSLA focus on areas of current interest and are an excellent venue

proposal should include a detailed rationale for the thematic issue and
abstracts (250-400 words) from the authors of the manuscripts.

Closing date for proposal submissions is October 16, 2017. Other manuscript
and production deadlines are listed below.

Important Dates for Considerations:
October 16, 2017: Proposals due in SSLA office
October 27, 2017: Final decision reached
February 23, 2018: Submission of first-draft manuscripts to SSLA via
ScholarOne
September 29, 2018: All final manuscripts due, submitted via ScholarOne
