Description:

We are seeking an ambitious linguist with expertise in Psycholinguistics.
Applicants with a specialism in two or more of the following are particularly
encouraged to apply: first language acquisition, second language acquisition,
language and cognition, multilingualism, quantitative research methodology,
semantics. This is an exciting opportunity for a psycholinguist with an
interest in curriculum development to play a key role in the expanding
provision in linguistics at Warwick.

You will have a PhD in Linguistics or a cognate area. You will have an
excellent record of recent, high quality publications in top-rated journals
(commensurate with level of experience) and successful experience of teaching
psycholinguistics and quantitative research at undergraduate and/or
postgraduate levels. You will have solid knowledge of relevant pedagogy and
able to contribute to modules that meet teaching needs across our linguistics
courses. 

Start date: 1 September 2018 or as soon as possible after that.
