The Organizing Committee of the 11th International Conference of the Spanish
Cognitive Linguistics Association (AELCO/SCOLA) is pleased to announce that
this 11th edition will take place at the University of Córdoba (Spain) on the
17, 18 and 19 of October 2018 under the theme 'Cognitive linguistic research
in metonymy, metaphor, constructions and frames: Scope, models and methods''.

New Revised Deadlines:

The conference organizing committee has decided to extend the deadlines for
theme session proposals until March 15, at the request of a number of
colleagues.

These are the revised deadlines:

- March 15 2018: Deadline for theme session proposals (the deadline in the
first call for papers was extended)
- March 22 2018: Notification of provisional acceptance of theme session
proposals (the deadline in the first call for papers was extended)
- April 1 2018: Deadline for individual theme session papers through EasyChair
- June 1 2018: Notification of acceptance of individual theme session papers
