Description:

The University of Applied Sciences Zwickau – Westsächsische Hochschule Zwickau
(WHZ), Faculty of Applied Languages and Intercultural Communication invites
applications for a W 2-Professorship in German Sign Language Linguistics
(part-time 50%) to be filled by 1 September 2018 or as soon as possible
thereafter.

The successful candidate will be a linguist conducting research and teaching
in the area of German Sign Linguistics with a focus on General Linguistics,
Sociolinguistics and Deaf Studies.

Teaching will be in German Sign Language and/or German and English and will
contribute to our degree program in Sign Language Interpretation.
