Meeting Description:

Department of English Language and Literature at Lahore Garrison University is
announcing the 1st International Conference on English Language, Literature,
Education and Society(ICELLES), which will be held on 13- 14 March, 2018 in
Lahore, Pakistan.

The conference aims to provide a leading platform for national and
international language policy makers, language teaching professionals,
researchers, academic scientists, educationists, linguists and educationists
to exchange, impart and share their experiences in quality teaching and
research oriented implications related to interdisciplinary areas of English
Language, Literature, Education and Society. It also intends to provide the
interdisciplinary forum for scholars, teachers and researchers to disseminate
the recent innovations, trends and concerns, practical challenges encountered
and the solutions adopted to enrich and promote socially cohesion environment
and cross cultural dialogues.

Conference Theme:
Contemporary Advancements, Challenges and Prospects in English Language,
Literature, Education and Society

Interested presenters, national and international, who would like to enlighten
prospective audience through their original and unpublished high quality
contributions based on empirical, experimental or theoretical/conceptual work
on relevant themes are cordially invited to attend.


Call for Papers:

Original abstracts (up to 150 words with 5 key words) in English Language only
should be sent to icelles2018 at lgu.edu.pk in doc/docx. format by February 5,
2018. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 15 February, 2018.
