Meeting Description:

The VI-th International Forum on Cognitive Modeling (IFCM-2017) will be held
in Tel Aviv, Israel, 30 September – 7 October, 2018.

The goal of IFCM-2018 is to unite the work of experts on cognitive modelling
in linguistics and in other spheres of activity and cognition.

The Organizing Committee arranges two conferences simultaneously:

- The XIX International Conference “Cognitive Modeling in Linguistics”
(CML-2018),
- The VI International Conference “Cognitive Modeling in Science, Culture and
Education” (CMSCE-2018).

Conferences of “Cognitive Modeling” series have been successfully carried out
since 1998. In 2000, the Organizing and Program Committees of the conference
coined its title - “Cognitive Modeling in Linguistics”(CML). The CML
Conferences were held as a part of the Russian National Conference on
Artificial Intelligence (CAI) in 1998 and 2000, and later – as a part of the
International Congress on Artificial Intelligence (ICAI-2001) in 2001 which
was held in Divnomorskoe (Russia). In 2002, CML Conference took place in
Divnomorskoe (Russia) as part of IEEE International Conference “Artificial
Intelligence Systems” (IEEE AIS'02). CML Conferences were held in Bulgaria
(Varna and Sofia) from 2003 to 2007. The conference took place in Becici,
Montenegro in 2008. CML-2009 visited Constanta, Romania. CML-2010 was held in
Dubrovnik, Croatia. In 2011 CML conference was conducted on Corfu, Greece.

In Milano-Marittima, Italy, the conference received a new format becoming a
part of the I International Forum that significantly expanded the subject of
cognitive modelling and united the XIV Conference “Cognitive Modeling in
Linguistics” (CML-2013) and the I International Conference “Cognitive Modeling
in Science, Culture, Education” (CMSCE-2013). This integrated format proved to
be successful and efficient.

The anniversary XV Conference “Cognitive Modeling in Linguistics” (CML-2014)
and the II-nd International Scientific Conference “Cognitive Modeling in
Science, Culture, Education” (CMSCE-2014) were held within the framework of
the II-nd Forum on Cognitive Modeling IFCM2014 in Slovenia on its Adriatic
coast on 6-13 September, 2014.

The III Forum on Cognitive Modeling IFCM-2015 and its two conferences - XVI
International Scientific Conference “Cognitive Modeling in Linguistics”
(CML-2015) and III International Scientific Conference “Cognitive Modeling in
Science, Culture, Education” (CMSCE2015) were held on 14-21 September, 2015 in
Varna, Bulgaria on the Black Sea coast.

The IV Forum IFCM-2016 and its two conferences - XVII International Scientific
Conference “Cognitive Modeling in Linguistics” (CML-2016) and IV International
Scientific Conference “Cognitive Modeling in Science, Culture, Education”
(CMSCE-2016) – were held in Lloret de Mar, Spain on 11-18 September 2016.

The V Forum IFCM-2017 and its two conferences - XVIII International Scientific
Conference “Cognitive Modeling in Linguistics” (CML-2017) and the V
International Scientific Conference “Cognitive Modeling in Science, Culture,
Education” (CMSCE-2017) – were held in Cascais, Portugal, 10-17 September,
2017.
