Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Cognitive Linguistics
 
The School of Humanities invites applications for the position of Assistant
Professor (tenure-track) in Cognitive Linguistics. Candidates with knowledge
and experience of languages in Asia/Southeast Asia are most welcome to apply.
 
Candidates must have a PhD degree completed before the start date of the
appointment. The main criterion for selection is excellence in teaching and
research. Applicants should provide evidence of high quality scholarly output
and a record of, or strong potential for, securing competitive research
funding.  In addition, they are expected to be able to make outstanding
teaching contributions at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.  

Emoluments:
Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and
experience. The University offers a comprehensive fringe benefit package.
