Meeting Description: 

The University of Aruba is organizing a multidisciplinary symposium on home
languages and higher education.  Institutions of higher education have roles
that extend beyond education into research and social service. In this
symposium, we will focus on fulfilling these three functions through the study
of the characteristics, use and role of home languages, the education of home
languages, as well as the responsibility for safeguarding and promoting home
languages.
