The Fellow must be a holder of the Ph.D. degree from a recognized university.
The Society will make every effort to make a Mentor available in cases where

The Fellow will work full time on the Fellowship project during the period of
the Post-doctoral Fellowship and will produce analytical results accordingly.
The Fellow will participate on a regular basis in the bi-monthly CS Columbia
University Seminar and will be the lead presenter in one of these seminars in
the Fall and one in the Spring for reports of work-in-progress and
consultation with Seminar members. The Fellow is expected to be an active
supporter of the Society.

The Fellow will provide a year-end progress report detailing the state of the
analysis at the end of the Fellowship period, by Aug. 31, 2019.

After the Fellowship period ends, the Fellow will make every effort to publish
