FOSS (The Workshop on Formal Syntax & Semantics), first launched in 2001 in
Taiwan, intends as a platform for scholars from formal linguistics, as well as
experimental, psycholinguistic or acquisition research on syntax, semantics,
and other related areas.  Until now there have been eleven conferences held
once in two years.
