Meeting Description:

A group of linguists at Stony Brook University is planning to propose a
session for the upcoming LSA meeting in New York in January 2019. The session
will be dedicated to teaching large general education linguistics courses and
linguistics courses for non-majors, as well as novel approaches to those
courses, such as online format, etc. 


Call for Papers:

We are planning to propose a Blitz session with 6 short 10-minute
presentations related to these issues. If you would like to participate in
this session as a presenter, please let us know about the topic you would be
interested in presenting.
