Subject: Early Career Research Paper Prize 2019 (RaAM)

 
Dear all,

I am delighted to announce the call for submissions for the RaAM (Association
for Researching and Applying Metaphor) Early Career Research Paper Prize 2019!

The prize aims to encourage the production and dissemination of high quality
research in the broad field of metaphor (and other figurative language). The
prize is awarded biennially for the best research paper published by a
researcher who has recently completed a PhD. 
 
The prize for 2019 will be £200 + free RaAM membership until 31 July 2020
(covering RaAM13 Conference in Norway).

Key dates:

-Deadline for submitting a paper: 16 March 2019 
-Award to be announced at the RaAM 2019 Specialized Seminar, 16-17 May, 2019
