Description:

The Department of Linguistics at Cornell University invites applications for a
tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Computational Linguistics
beginning July 1, 2019. 

A strong research record and research program in Computational Linguistics
(including Natural Language Processing and computational methodologies in
linguistic theory) is desired. Candidates will be expected to teach courses at
the undergraduate and graduate levels in the area or specialization (such as
Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, and advanced courses
on computational linguistic topics), as well as a course in at least one of
the core subfields of linguistics.
  
Applications should arrive by November 15, 2018 to receive fullest
consideration and the successful candidate must have the Ph.D. completed by
August 1, 2019.
