Psycholinguistics Methods Course for Graduate Students: Language Research from Conception to Publication

Focus: The topics covered during this course range from the conception of experiments all the way to writing up a study’s findings for publication. The following sub-courses will be offered: 
introduction to data science for the language sciences, introduction to R and scientific writing.
Minimum Education Level: BA


Description:
As part of the Norwegian Graduate Researcher School in Linguistics and
Philology (LingPhil), the Language Acquisition and Language Processing Lab at
NTNU in Trondheim is organizing a one-week intense methods course. We also
welcome linguistics graduate students from outside of the LingPhil community
to attend this course.


Linguistic Field(s): Neurolinguistics
                      Psycholinguistics

Tuition: 0 USD

Tuition Explanation: There is no attendance fee for this course. We will provide free lunch on
teaching days as well as one course dinner for all participants (LingPhil and
external students). Students are responsible for their own accommodation and
travel arrangements.
