Meeting Description: 

The Seminário de Jovens Investigadores em Língua Portuguesa (SEJ-In) is an
academic event organized in the context of the course Academic Writing in
Portuguese of the first year of the Master's degree in Iberian Philology,
specialization in Brazilian Studies, from the Institute of Iberian and
Ibero-American Studies at the University of Warsaw.

The main objective of the event is to create an integration space for young
undergraduate and postgraduate researchers from different specialties in the
Portuguese language, to present research (in progress) and to build a network
for sharing scientific experiences through individual communications. and
discussions between event participants.

This seminar is open to researchers from the University of Warsaw, as well as
those from other universities.
The scientific areas of the event are linguistics, literature, history, and
cultural studies. Although Portuguese is the main working language,
contributions in Spanish related to research on Portuguese-speaking countries
are also welcome.
