Meeting Description:

The focus is indigenous languages and cultures of the Americas, for which we
are soliciting abstracts on all aspects of the description, documentation, and
decipherment of texts of pre-colonial traditions.  Papers are also invited on
the sociolinguistic documentation and revitalization efforts of the speech
communities of aboriginal Canada, the US, and Latin America.


Call for Papers:

All proposals will be blind reviewed for quality and originality.  Submissions
should mainly contain new material and must not have been published previously
in order to be considered.  

All proposals should be emailed in a MSWord (.doc, .docx) file and using
''ILA2020'' in the subject line, to Antoinette Jones, Conference Coordinator
at netta.jones at ilaword.org by Monday, January 20, 2020.
