work on any aspect of generative linguistics. Next edition will take place in
Madrid at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid on June 17 & 18 2019.

This workshop is aimed at graduate students who wish to present their work in
progress so as to receive valuable feedback from other graduate students. We
also want to promote the bonds within this generation of young linguists.

Invited speakers:

Antonio Fábregas Alfaro (Universidad de Tromsø)
Violeta Martínez-Paricio (Universitat de València)
Michelle Sheehan (University of Anglia Ruskin)

Final Call for Papers:

Prospective participants are encouraged to submit their abstracts on any
aspect of theoretical and applied linguistics, especially –but not
exclusively– semantics, syntax, lexicology, interfaces, morphology, phonology,
clinical and computational linguistics. Authors cannot hold a PhD before June
2019.

Abstracts must be anonymous and at most two pages long including examples and
references. Formatting conventions hold: A4 with one-inch margins and 12-point

papers must be english. The deadline will be February 22 2019 and submissions
are limited to a maximum of one individual and one joint abstract, or two
