Meeting Description:

The University of Crete English for Academic Purposes (EAP) instructors are
happy to announce their 2nd EAP/ESP conference on 20-23 September 2019.

EAP and ESP practitioners are invited to be part of a wide network of action
researchers, teachers, teacher trainers, students and highly experienced
professors who are active in these fields. There will be a wide range of
training opportunities including EAP Technology workshops, and Materials
writing workshops as well as poster, Pecha Kucha and paper presentations.

This EAP conference is also part of the Erasmus I-motion Staff week and
participants should inquire with their universities to check if they are
eligible for sponsorship.

This EAP/ ESP conference will be taking place in Heraklion, the capital of the
island of Crete, Greece at the Computer Science Department, University of
Crete in September. Make sure you don't miss the early bird registration. For

Call for Papers:

The EAP Crete conference themes cover EAP and ESP practices and research such
as academic literacies, genre pedagogies, critical thinking and metacognition.
