The 2nd International Conference on Language, Education, and Culture (ICLEC)
is organized by Medipol University and  will be held in İstanbul (Turkey)  in
cooperation with:

Euro-Balkan University (Macedonia), 
Global Listening Center (USA) 
Governors State University (USA) 
Girne American University (Cyprus)
Cyprus Science University (Cyprus)

On 27-29 June 2019, ICLEC 2019 aims at bringing researchers and scholars
together to share their ideas on recent theoretical and pedagogical issues.
ICLEC 2019 will be held at Medipol University's Kavacık Campus in Istanbul.


Call for Papers:

We are happy to invite you to the 2nd International Conference on Language,
Education and Culture (ICLEC 2019) which will be held in İstanbul Medipol
University's Kavacık Campus in İstanbul/Turkey on 27-29 June, 2019. 

As well as attending one of the most prestigious international conferences of
2019, you will be able to spend a couple of days in magnificient city,
İstanbul, which was the capital of Ottoman Empire for more than 500 years. We
suggest you see Topkapı Palace, Bosphorus, Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagiasophia
(Ayasofya) and Grand Bazaar.

ICLEC offers free lunches during the event and a Gala Dinner at a restaurant
located in a private garden of former Ottoman family (Cemile Sultan Copse in
Kandilli).

Euro-Balkan University (Macedonia)

We offer you several publication options as well as ''ICLEC 2019 Awards''. The
1st event was held in Cyprus on September 2018. Last year, more than 200
scholars from 8 countries attended 1st International Conference on Language,
Education and Culture. We published an abstract book, a full text proceedings'
book and several journal articles in indexed journals for ICLEC 2018 papers.
