Subject: VSTENO - Shorthand Tool

VSTENO (Vector Shorthand Tool with Enhanced Notational Options) is a PHP
program that transcribes normal text to shorthand text. Shorthand models can
be defined via a scripting language, so VSTENO is not bound to any shorthand
system in particular, but let's you define your own tokens and rules to
transcribe any text to your shorthand system. The program comes with
definitions for the System Stolze-Schrey in German and Spanisch. The program
and documentation are mainly in german, but if somebody is interested, I'm
willing to translate the most important parts of it in order to allow to "get
started" with VSTENO. The program is licensed under GPL, so you can adapt it
to your own needs if necessary.

The source code is available at https://github.com/marcelmaci/vsteno.
An online Version of the program can be tested at: www.vsteno.ch.
