Meeting Description:

The Western Conference on Linguistics (WECOL) is an international conference
on any aspect of theoretical or descriptive linguistics. WECOL 2019 will be
held November 15-17 at California State University, Fresno. Conference
presentations (talks and posters) are published in the WECOL Proceedings
online at the website of the Department of Linguistics at the California State
University, Fresno:

Call for Papers:

Submission Guidelines:

All submissions (talks and posters) must be original and not simultaneously
submitted to another conference.
Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks (with 10 minutes for discussion) or
poster presentations on any aspect of theoretical or descriptive linguistics.

Abstracts must be limited to 500 words, excluding references. The format of
the abstract should follow the guidelines below:

- Title centered at top of page, in bold 
- Word count at the end of the abstract 
- Anonymous: authors’ names and affiliations should not be indicated anywhere
in the abstract 
- File name: title.pdf
 
Abstract can be submitted until 1 September, 2019 23:59 CET at:

Notifications will be sent around 1 October, 2019.

Publication:

Conference papers will be published in the WECOL 2019 Proceedings online at:
