Subject: English Grammar and Usage Survey

Last year, I asked the same kind of questions, but this time, I would like to
focus on a new aspect. I am trying to write an article about the English
expression ''The truth is that ...'' I am not an English native speaker, so if
it is OK, could you distribute the following questionnaire? Thank you very
much for your cooperation.

(I asked the same kind of questions before, but this time, I would like to
focus on a new aspect. So even if you answered before, I really appreciate
your comments if you help me again.)

If you are a native speaker of English, could you help me judge the
acceptability of the following sentences?

Can we say the following? If possible, could you make some comments on each
sentence? Any comments are welcome. Please send your replies directly to my
email, hot_corner_55 at hotmail.com. Your responses will assist me in my
research.

(1) Fact is, nobody knows.
(2) Truth is, nobody knows.
(3) Reality is, nobody knows.
(4) Whole truth is nobody knows.
(5) Sad truth is, nobody knows.

Finally, could you give me the following information? Of course, the data
below is used only for the academic research.
