Description:

Our distinguished, vivid and growing team, consisting of researchs and
startupers, is hosted at Quality and Usability Lab, TU Berlin. You will work
in a highly innovative, interdisciplinary and international team of three to
ten experts from industry and research. Building cutting-edge technology we
innovate fields of high-class semantic and data-driven analyzes, modeling and
active learning, all set up in a scenery of futuristic crowdsourcing workforce
incorporated in the loop.

Working field: 
Your position will focus on the creation and implementation of advanced
solutions combining human intelligence as provided by crowdsourcing and
machine intelligence as provided by means of NLP, artificial intelligence and
machine learning. It requires software development skills wrt front- and/or
backend components. Advanced functional aspects may cover machine learning,
artificial intelligence, deep speech or text processing, quality modelling,
and may lead to international publications and a doctoral dissertation.

 Requirements:
- Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diploma or equivalent) in
electrical engineering, computer engineering/science, informatics, media
informatics, information systems (or an equivalent technical background)
- Good Java skills on Server (Java EE (JPA, JaxRS), Maven, Glassfish) - OR -
good skills on Type-/Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, SPA (e.g. Angular 7), Matlab
- General knowledge on: Administrating/Hosting Linux Systems, SQL (My-/
Postgres-), Cloud Environments, GIT
- Entrepreneurial or scientific experience is a plus
- Basic English or German
- Joy of working in an interdisciplinary and international environment
