Subject: Morphological analyzer for Assyrian Neo-Aramaic

Is anyone aware of a good morphological analyzer for Assyrian Neo-Aramaic ?

Short of that, if you know of morpho-analyzers for other varieties of Aramaic
(and, preferably, how easy/difficult they are to map to Assyrian) please
inform as well.

Reason we are interested: we have a language-learning system and are working
with a community of diaspora speakers, interested in on-line tools to help
maintain the language. The comminities number in the hundreds of thousands, so
possibilities for maintenance could be good.

We would also be grateful for information about other NLP tools for Assyrian
Neo-Aramaic, and dictionaries, especially to/from English.
