Changing Boundaries & IWSC2019 is a joint conference consisting of two events.
The first event is the one-day workshop ''Changing Boundaries'', whose aim is
to discuss the development of a Department of Linguistics among experts who
are experienced in both Linguistic Sciences as well as the administration of a
department. The second event is a two day workshop named the ''International
Workshop on Syntactic Cartography'' (IWSC), which is a biannual conference
initiated in 2015 and financially supported by Beijing Language and Culture
University (BLCU), aiming at gathering together linguists and scientists in
the relevant fields who are interested in investigating the maps of syntactic
structures as well as biological consequences of those syntactic structure
distributions. Both workshops are welcoming abstract submissions.

*The authors who sent abstracts for the IWSC2019 before May 1st do not need to
send their work again.

Call for Papers:

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another
journal or conference.
