Meeting Description:

The 2020 UNC Linguistics Spring Colloquium will be held Saturday, March 21,
2020 with Dr. Natalie Schilling, Georgetown University, as keynote speaker.


Call for Papers:

The Linguistics Department at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
is now accepting abstracts for its 2020 Spring Colloquium. Papers and posters
are invited on any topic in all areas of Linguistics. Paper presentations will
be 20 minutes long (in English) followed by a 10-minute discussion period.
Posters will be presented during our coffee hour.

Abstracts should be no longer than one page in 12-point font with an optional
second page for examples, figures, tables, and/or references. 

Please do not include any author information in your abstract. Abstracts
containing identifying information will not be considered.
If you have any difficulties submitting your abstract, please contact the
Colloquium Committee at LingColloquium at unc.edu.

The deadline for submission is Friday, January 31, 2020. Those accepted will
be notified no later than Friday, February 14, 2020. Accepted presentation
abstracts will be made available on our website:
http://linguistics.unc.edu/spring-colloquium/.
