Description:

The Department of Applied Linguistics/ESL at Georgia State University invites
applications for a tenure-track position (Assistant Professor) in Natural
Language Processing to begin August 2020. The successful candidate will
contribute to a growing department research expertise in computational
linguistics and will have the opportunity to shape graduate and upper division
undergraduate courses and seminars in Natural Language Processing, as well as
supervise graduate research for M.A. and Ph.D. students. A Ph.D. in applied
linguistics, linguistics, computer sciences, cognitive sciences or other
related fields is required by date of hire.

- CV (If the doctorate is not already in hand, please indicate the expected
graduate date);

attachment to Chair, Natural Language Processing Search Committee, at the
application email provided below. Those applicants long-listed by the search
committee will be asked to supply reference letters.
