Meeting Description:

The International Workshop 'Pronouns and discourse prominence' takes place at
the GRIMMWELT Kassel (Germany), October 01-03 2019, in the framework of the
series 'Workshops on Referential Expressions in Discourse (RED)'. It is
organized by Klaus von Heusinger (Universität zu Köln) and Sofiana Lindemann
((née Chiriacescu) Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov).

The workshop wants to bring together different lines of research from
semantics, pragmatics, typology, diachrony and psycholinguistics.

The objective of the workshop is to integrate these different lines of
research in order (i) to obtain a more comprehensive picture of pronominal
elements from the point of view of different approaches, and (ii) to discuss
the relationship of different grammatical aspects of lexical elements and
their representation.
