The 13th conference on Syntax, Phonology and Language Analysis (SinFonIJA 13)
will be held on 24–26 September 2020 in Budapest, Hungary, at the Research
Institute for Linguistics.

Call for Papers: 

We invite submissions on any area of formal linguistics, including but not
limited to phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, language acquisition, and
historical linguistics. Submissions on other subfields of linguistics will
also welcome, provided that the theoretical significance of a paper is clearly
demonstrated in the abstract. 

Abstracts will be considered for oral presentations (20-minute talk +
10-minute Q&A) and/or for poster presentations at one of the two poster
sessions. Submissions are restricted to two per author, with at most one paper
being single-authored.

Important dates: 
Deadline for abstract submission: April 10, 2020
Notification of acceptance: by mid-June 2020

Submission guidelines: 
Abstracts should be at most two pages long, including all data and references,
on letter-size / A4 paper with 1-inch margins on all sides, and must be set in
Times New Roman font of at least 11 points. In the submission form, please
indicate whether you want your abstract considered for a talk, poster, or
both.

Please submit anonymized abstracts electronically in PDF format through the
EasyChair system by April 10th, 2020:
