Description:
Accepting applications for Spring 2020 | Location: Bloomington, IN (our main
office)

Seeking to fill multiple academic volunteer internship positions for
processing large amounts of fieldwork data collected from various indigenous
language projects in the US, Canada and Australia.

These data collections will lead to extensive dictionaries, language learning
textbooks, apps, and other media projects.
Work will include audio cutting, entry, analysis, and organization of
collected data. Interns will work closely with our linguistic, textbook, and
app development teams to steer all projects towards being culturally relevant
and valuable tools for the learner communities.

Experience using Praat, Audacity, Google Sheets, Excel, SIL Fieldworks and/or
Tshwane-Lex are a plus.
