Symposium: Making a Global Impact through the Local Classroom to be held at
the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia, September 24 -26, 2020.

This year’s version of the CLIL Symposium will focus on how, as teachers and
students, we can bring the world into the classroom in innovative and creative
ways to help our students become active and aware global citizens. The
symposium will address a variety of elements and dimensions of teaching,
learning, and assessment related to this overarching theme.

We look forward to your participation in the 2020 8th Biennial CLIL Symposium.
All presentations, workshops, panels, etc. must be carried out in English, but
proposals focused on the teaching and learning of languages other than English
(Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc.) are welcome and encouraged. If you have
any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via the email address
clilsymposiumcolombia at gmail.com.
