Meeting Description:

The Faculty of Humanities of the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland,
has the pleasure to announce the second conference titled Dimensions of
Business Language and Culture.

The aim of the conference is to present, exchange, and discuss the results of
academic research in the sphere of business language and culture. Thus, we
would like to invite both researchers and practitioners who are interested in
the topic, viewed through the lens of linguistics, sociology, psychology,
cultural studies, methodology, and the like.
 
This year’s leading theme will revolve around VALUES that shape the world of
business and impact the ways in which businesspeople communicate.

Call for Papers: 

Abstracts describing the topic of a presentation in up to 300 words should be
included in your registration form available here:

The contributions from authors will be in the following languages: English and
Polish.
Each presenter will be given 30 minutes (20 minutes plus 10 minutes for
discussion). All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance. The
conference languages are English and Polish.
