Linguistic Field(s): Syntax

Meeting Description:

The theme for the 3rd Princeton Symposium on Syntactic Theory (PSST 2020) is
Typology and Variation. This workshop will feature talks that take up
syntactic data (or data at the interfaces with syntax) beyond a single
language, dialect, and/or individual speaker, in order to inform everything
from analyses of a single language to holistic models of the grammar.

On Friday April 10, the workshop will run from 1:30pm to 6pm, and on Saturday
April 11, 9:30am to 5pm. Saturday evening, all attendees are invited to join
us for drinks and hors d'oeuvres following the workshop. PSST will run
concurrently with the 2nd meeting of the Princeton Phonology Forum (PɸF),
focusing on tone and phonological theory.

Registration is free, but we would appreciate it if those who are planning to
attend would complete the following registration form by March 20, 2020:

The schedule, as well as information about transportation, the workshop
location, etc., will all be posted on the workshop website:
