Assistant Professor of Neurolinguistics
The University of Delaware
Newark, Delaware

Full-time, Tenure Track.

The incumbent will teach a subset of undergraduate and graduate courses in the
Department of Linguistics and Cognitive Science, which may include First
Language Development, Introduction to Communication Disorders,
Psycholinguistics, Second Language Acquisition and Bilingualism, and general
courses in linguistics and cognitive science; develop and teach graduate
courses in area(s) of specialization; conduct fundable research at the
University’s new Multi-Modal Imaging Center; supervise and advise students;
and contribute service to the Department and University.

Must have a Ph.D. in Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field, with a
specialization in neurolinguistic or psycholinguistic research on language
disorders and/or first language acquisition. Applicants with a record of
obtaining external funding for research are preferred.
