Subject: Question about Cortona Text Transcription

For a musical composition I am contemplating I am trying to find someone who
would volunteer to transpose the Cortona text from Etruscan,
http://kogni.narod.ru/cortona.htm;
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tabula_Cortonensis,
into IPA, the International Phonetic Alphabet,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Phonetic_Alphabet,  so the
vocalist could pronounce the words properly.

Any suggestions for this?

Many thanks, Philip
