Description:

The Department of Linguistics in the Dana and David Dornsife College of
Letters, Arts, and Sciences at the University of Southern California (Los
Angeles, CA) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor
position in Psycholinguistics with an anticipated start date of Fall 2021. The
department particularly welcomes applicants who are performing cutting-edge
research in psycholinguistics that both engages with and informs questions
animating linguistic theory. Applicants must have a doctoral degree in
linguistics or a related field by the start of the appointment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong potential for developing and
maintaining an active program of research. In addition, they will have a
strong commitment to teaching and supervision at the graduate and
undergraduate levels, and participating in the academic life of the
department.
