Call for Papers: 

The International Journal of Arabic Linguistics is an open access
peer-reviewed journal that does not charge authors any fees. It is dedicated
to the study of Arabic in all its varieties. we encourage original works
within contemporary frameworks but also, more importantly, ones that are based
on data. In other words, empirical approaches to the study of Arabic varieties
and their interactions both from a synchronic and a diachronic perspective are
favoured. We accept articles in English, Arabic as well as in French.

Researchers willing to contribute to the 1st issue of the 7th volume of the
IJAL (to be released at the end of January 2021) are cordially invited to
submit their manuscripts through our website:

Authors are also kindly requested to carefully read the submission guidelines
accessible through the following link:

Contributions complying to these guidelines are usually approved first.
Articles submitted after the specified deadline may appear in the 2nd issue of
the 7th volume appearing at the end of July 2021.
