The NSF REU Site 'Intersection of Linguistics, Language & Culture' will be
holding a Graduate School Application Workshop online on Sunday October 11 for
all students who preregister, as soon as possible and no later than Friday
October 9: link and detailed program below.

Free Pre-registration Required- Deadline: Friday October 9

1:15PM-2:30:  
General introduction, including benefits of graduate education, differences
between professional and research masters and doctoral programs, preparing a
successful application and an interview, seeking funding. 
NSF REU ILLC PIs/ Dr. Isabelle Barrière, Molloy College & CUNY Graduate Center
and Dr. Jonathan Nissenbaum, Brooklyn College and CUNY Graduate Center
(1 hour + 15mn for questions)

Each presentation below on graduate programs in specific disciplines will
include information on admission criteria, how to select a program that
matches individual student interests and educational journey, funding and
career opportunities. 

2:30PM-3PM:  
Masters in Speech Language Pathology and Doctoral Program in
Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences
Associate Dean Susan Alimonti and Prof. Hia Datta, Molloy College

3PM-3:30PM:
