Meeting Description: 

We are pleased to invite you to the 21st International Conference on English
Historical Linguistics. Due to the pandemic, the event will be hosted online
between 7-11 June, 2021, with 7 June being reserved for workshops. It promises
to be an interesting event, with over 100 papers on wide a variety of English
historical linguistic topics! Our 4 keynotes are:

 - Claudia Claridge (Universität Augsburg)
 - Bettelou Los (University of Edinburgh)
 - Peter Petré (Universiteit Antwerpen)
 - George Walkden (University of Konstanz)

In order to avoid 'zoom fatigue', registered participants are given the
opportunity to preview pre-recorded presentations/ read written working papers
a week prior to the conference. At the conference there will be live sessions
with live or pre-recorded presentations, after which presenters are available
for a live discussion. All Keynotes lectures will be live.

Note that the programme times observe the Dutch time zone (CET). The programme
has been planned as such that time-zone differences across the globe are at a
minimum.
