The Centre for the Promotion of Knowledge and Language Learning (PPIB),
Universiti Malaysia Sabah is proud to announce the hosting of the 3rd
International Conference on Language, Linguistics and Society (ICLALIS 2021).
The Conference will be conducted virtually on 14 and 15 September 2021 at
Universiti Malaysia Sabah in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.


Call for Papers: 

ICLALIS 2021 welcomes submissions for paper presentation on the conference
theme: ‘Empowering and Engaging Society in Diverse Language and Linguistics
Research’.

The focus of the Conference is anchored on the fields of language, linguistics
and society. Abstracts are invited for the following sub-themes:

Guidelines for abstract submission and the abstract template are available to

Language of Conference: Abstracts, presentations and papers are accepted
either in English or Malay. 

Publication: 
This Conference will publish one e-abstract and one e-proceeding (with
E-ISBN). Selected papers will be published in the MANU Journal Special Edition
(Malaysian Citation (MyCite)-indexed) (E-ISSN 2590-4086).
