Description:

The Institute of German Studies at the University of Osnabrück offers a
doctoral position (part-time 50%, pay scale TV-L E13, 3 years, available at
the earliest opportunity) with a focus on German grammar.

The position includes research and teaching responsibilities and offers the
opportunity to work on a PhD in the field of grammatical variation in German.
The candidate must have a master’s degree in linguistics (ideally with a focus
on syntax, morphology or semantics). Interest in the fields of variational
linguistics or cognitive linguistics and basic knowledge in empirical methods
(e.g. of corpus linguistics) are very welcome.
