Meeting Description:

The first international conference on “Multilingual Digital Terminology Today.
Design, Representation Formats and Management Systems” (MDTT) 2022 aims to
bring together specialists in the disciplines of terminology, terminography,
computational terminology, computational linguistics, NLP, in order to share
methodological reflections on design approaches, representation formats and
management systems of the digital terminology contained in the terminological
resources. 

In particular, the conference is organized around four main research topics:
- Topic 1: Analysis of the information needs of the future user of the
resource;
- Topic 2: Assessment of structural design approaches for terminological data
collections;
- Topic 3: Study of terminological metadata and data representation formats;
- Topic 4: Methods of validating the ergonomics of a resource.


Call for Papers:

*** Submission format ***
Proposals must be sent to the following address digital.terminology at gmail.com
before October 15, 2021, respecting the following instructions:
- file: one file in .doc/.docx/.odt format (single-spaced; body text: 12 pts.;
Font: Times New Roman);
- author(s): the proposals will be anonymous; the contact details of the
authors (last name, first name, affiliation, e-mail address) will be specified
in the e-mail;
- length: 600 words minimum and 1200 words maximum excluding the bibliography;
- writing languages: French or English.
Each proposal will be sent to two anonymous reviewers chosen among the members
of the scientific committee.

*** Agenda ***
October 15, 2021: deadline for submitting paper proposals;
December 15, 2021: notification to the authors;
January 30, 2022: deadline for submitting the modified version of the
proposal;
February 15, 2022: sending of the provisional program;
April 5, 2022: publication of the final program;
June 16-17, 2022: conference.
